JOB SECURITY IS NOT THEIR & GROWTH IS VERY SLOW, LOT WORK PRESSURE, DIRECT CLIENTS CALL, APPRAISALS ARE DONE IN 2 OR 3 YEARS ONCE, THEIR IS NO VALUE OF WORK

Likes

It's well organized and focussed organization which accommodates employees views from all categories without discrimination. The top Management lead by example in discipline and always behave as "servants" of the employees, clients and stakeholders unlike others whose management styles are otherwise.

Dislikes

The top management sets up time every week for senior technical managers to mentor/train junior staff, this makes the organization the best of the best thus making me to develop that grace to be also kind to others in the same manner.
