Poor management. Don't join Plansource Salesforce team to ruin your carreer. India manager is biased towards few team mates, who doesn't know basic of Salesforce. The developer doesn't know that test class is mandatory to write while writing the apex, still he gets promoted. The only reason for the promotion is they do smoke up and party with manager. People come here to party not to work. No growth and learning opportunities. US management Kelly is too political and wanted to give most of the work to vendor to earn commission. Don't join this company.
