Management is quite favaourable to certain people . Micro management if you are on bench unfortunatley. Trainings are mandatory, timings and login are not flexible . No concept of remote . Do not compromise on remote requests

There was an issue with the client and not wanted to continue and my company never supported me.. I've been working for the client for 12-16 hours a day and Planit never cared for there employees .. Just want to keep healthy relationship with client.

No Job security, releasing employees on sily reasons & not giving opportunity for growth and improvement. Not giving any other clients due to client budget.
