Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Here they fire anyone at any time without any policy and they don't even give salary on time the company is completely loss don't go in this company for the job and any work higher authorities dose not take issue of employees and only they guys take on priority on one or two employee also HR behavior is not good only she think about only herself

Have policy to came office at 10:15 , other wise you will be Marked half day, even if you entered in office at 10:16. What the hell, you are IT service company doing such Dumbo thing. Higher authorities does not take issue of employees seriously only take on priority on one or two employees. Also, senior are not supporting they are jealously while you work great work as compared to them.
