While there are certain limitations, there is freedom when it comes to creative development. Client base is good and the quality of products is high and innovative. Employers though not from creative backgrounds, are involved in the process and are eager to have great products.

Dislikes

While the compensation was decent, there isn't much opportunity for growth. Company is quite small and as the only designer, several duties fell upon me which would be overwhelming at times. I felt quite underappreciated at times as well, employers would take several design decisions without consulting me.
