The Consulting firm is open to adopt latest technologies and Challenges.They actually works on Challenging profiles like Analytics, Pharma domain. They just don,t judge like other consulting firms and ask to leave the firm if targets are not achieved within a month. The Managers are so helpful they guides you in such a manner so that you can achieve your targets easily .Not just Work but Fun loving environment is also there,Birthday Parties and other Festivals Parties are celebrated . Another plus point is they provides you to work from home facility also. Even, I Also like the Employee re-hire policy here. Ankita

Compensation is decent as per market standards. the work pressure is sometimes high but that too is enjoyable . Thats it.

Likes

I like few things for plan b consulting and that is you got your salary on time and you learn new things which is more helpful for you.

Dislikes

I faced lot of politics there which is more considerable for me. Management does not consider issues for new joiners as I faced.

Likes

Working with Plan B is like working with Corporate Organization. You will get to learn a lot from here. They will help build your carrier. I wasted my 2 years with one recruitment firm and then I joined here. I can see huge difference.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike as such. If you are one of those who doesn't want to learn or perform, then this is not the place for you.
