Working for this company is a sheer nightmare. The director and partner not only lack integrity and competence but are actively engaged in fraudulent practices. It's not just a workplace; it's a den of deception. Clients and employees alike are being cheated, and the entire operation seems built on a foundation of deceit. It's baffling how such blatant fraud is not only tolerated but seemingly encouraged by the higher-ups. This isn't just a toxic work environment; it's a breeding ground for dishonesty and exploitation.

Team, very young and energetic team members...Loved working and with them.

Dislikes

To casual, not proper management, founder is constantly out of office for personal work, every things is unplanned and left for last moment, no clarity over client requirements, constantly salary delay, falls commitments to client and staffs. Plan-a is a company with no vision and process. Plan-a is the worst digital agency is Pune. I would suggest both client, freelancers and employees to stay away from them
