Leave policies can be considered by the HR team; one month and 2 hours of short leave are appreciated, but the flexibility of leave is disappointing. & Than 1 month credit leave HR can consider for 12-month credit leaves in advance.

Diversified learning opportunities, kind and knowledgeable managers, very amiable co-workers, and sufficient leave policy

The attendance system is very strict, with no leniency for genuine reasons if proof is not available.

Since joining the MC team at PKC I have worked in quite a few projects. The work culture is quite good. I particularly enjoy working together with my peers.

Technical issues concerning the attendance.

Better opportunities to learn and get exposure in multiple industries. Freedom to give suggessions and supportive middle management. Creative working environment. Better number of articleship leave days as committed and gives project lead exposure to articles.

Dislikes

Not flexible working time, high work pressure, work equal to big four companies but no benefits and perks like bigfour wrt leaves, remuneration, pf, health insurance, actual exps reibursement. Only 2 Saturdays per month is given as weekoff. No rotation of team if the project extents for years. The outstation facilities are not up to the mark for CA.

The chance to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries and exposure to the different software they use. Additionally, the opportunity to interact directly with top management at client companies provides a purview of their perspective and knowledge.

Dislikes

Expected a corporate work culture, however the appraisal system, leave policy and work environment do not reflect the expectation.
