Better opportunities to learn and get exposure in multiple industries. Freedom to give suggessions and supportive middle management. Creative working environment. Better number of articleship leave days as committed and gives project lead exposure to articles.

Dislikes

Not flexible working time, high work pressure, work equal to big four companies but no benefits and perks like bigfour wrt leaves, remuneration, pf, health insurance, actual exps reibursement. Only 2 Saturdays per month is given as weekoff. No rotation of team if the project extents for years. The outstation facilities are not up to the mark for CA.

Very bad management. They will cheat their employees. Rigorous and harsh behaviour of management. They will use bad words and unprofessional marvari language. Managers also will not give respect to their teams
