Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Work culture is Good and fine.. nice staff and good understanding between all. General manger is good and take cares of everyone.

Dislikes

Except some members in management they are spoiling repetition on company. By holding the benefits. Not giving confirmation letter for employees, extending there probation period simple without resons. HR manager don't have free hand to take decision. by this they are loosing good employees because of one or two fellows. Appreciation should be given to everyone.

I have been working as Process Engineer from past 3 years. About company is good for new ambitious people, who dedicate themselves for a personal as well as technical development in the field of Chemical Engineer. The more you involved your self in new project and solving process related problems you get more exposure to learning. Environment is good, staff and ground level employees dedication towards there assigned work is good.
