1) A good place to work at from a monetary point of view. 2) The culture is good, and most (not all) people at the company are good. 3) Pays good and on time. 4) Located at prime location in Chakala and very close to Metro station. 5) Talent pool is good.

1) Technical teams follow orthodox practices with zero emphasis on code performance. 2) No standard operating procedure or software engineering methodologies in place, nor availability of resources being tracked. 3) Lack of co-ordination between teams, leading to chaos. 4) Lack of foresight and technical insights. 5) As said earlier, talent pool is good but under utilised due to poor planning. 6) Poor project planning and too much reliance on Excel sheets for tracking things.

As I was starting my Career from here I did not had much expectation

Dislikes

No fixed working hours. Overtime most of the time. No reward for overtime. No clarity within the company regarding vacancies (someday it popup 2 days later it's gone). Came to know from others appraisals are not good this time. Quite a lot red flags

Enviornment is good

Overall enviornment of the company is good but the UI UX team environment because of the Creative director(Dinesh Dangare) is not good. Mentally CD will harass you and its a hell working in that team under him

Toxic work culture. they openly ask you to work anytime be it weekends or mid night, there is no work life balance here. and your job is never safe here anytime PIP may come across no matter how hard you work.
