Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Salary on time. WFH was provided. No disturbance after office hours.

Dislikes

Too many managers for very small teams. Micromanagement by Managers. Low appraisals. Office Politics. No Job security, can ask you to leave anytime and will ask you to resign on call with immediate effect.

The company doesn't have a vision set, they literally don't know where they are heading as an org, multiple teams working in silos. This being a public listed company, sad to know it is not organized also its pathetic work culture. They deduct from salaries saying it's FBP. I highly will not recommend you joining
