Employees working late night without any benefit and extra Salary, Employees not getting increment of salary even after 3 years Company firing employees without any notice period and reason

Very bad company management, 1 of them 8s Mr. Harshal Datta, who is iincharge of salary and expenses department, very bad , holds more than 4 to 5 months expenses. Late salary issue, damage sattlement issue and many more. No proper management

this company is not having any HR policy no pf no bonus , no sick leave no paid leave, no support from your HOD and when ever they can fired you from job for your little mistake no job security please don't join this company 🙏

They will give very good hike while joining the company also very good position. But after that your position doesn’t matter your work will never be defined you have to work in any spectrum as per the demand of management.

No professionalism, No work life balance. No annual increment if you’re lucky then might you get 3-8% hikes. There is zero good leaders in company if there is any good leaders join the company they leave as soon as possible because of low job security and bad culture. All the VP and AVP has ego problems, they will hold you accountable if you didn’t share it with them, which don’t even concern that department. Only join this company if you don’t have any job in hand other stick at current company and find some else company.
