Not a single things ..... Based on my current experience.... Not about the company you will like....

Not appreciate regarding your work... Not promoted... Salary & benefits are not at all acceptable... In your letter showing that you will get 26000/- salary but after completion of one month you will get only 20 or 21 thousand.... Double side PF deduction....And also this things not mention in your offer letter.... That is a big crime... Mentorship not available... Empowerment is very less. Trust issue between engineer & manager.... Not valued there employee Involvement in precious work is not available.... Only they are using a your time....And your future growth will be reduced

...kup your calls also. In my 12 yrs carrier I found very third class organisation. Most importantly ask for salary breakup when you got offer from this company. They cheated most of the times.

...fe balance good but in factories it is difficult. And company policies are good. salaries are on time, salary hike depends on management or may be upto 5%.

There is a lot of politics & job security not upto the mark.

HR team is very very arrogant and Not supporting. No clear communication by HR. In this organisation only HR team is very useless. They are working like owners of this organisation.
