The working culture is terrible and top management behavior is worst. Specially MD and CFO. MD of Company Mr. Vivek Bansal is always use abusive language to the employees and some time he hit them in meeting, even he had beaten their employees with Rods several times. He can stop your salary any time. Even they always hold salary of every employee for one month and will never release if you would resign or leave the company. Their working time is so bad and there is no overtime of your overstay at company. CFO (Mr. Varun Tandon) always play politics. His behavior to the employees is too bad. No one wants to stay there after joining. I would personally suggest not to join Pitambra Books if you are already working at other company.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
