No job security No perks No increments They keep on procrastinating your increment until either you resign or they ask you to go (for any stupid reason) Zero employee satisfaction No growth They are clueless of what they are doing Will put you in projects without giving any download or information Two partners and none of them will have your back rather one of the partners is extremely rude while the other one doesn’t have a spine to take decisions by his own Messed up environment Prima facie it will all look very concealed but gradually you will understand how bad the management is so think twice before joining here
