I suggest yo all professional person not join the company. There are many politics even you not do your manager personal work like laundry, elections bill pay, etc then manager and HR both are pressurized for resignation. Even you hired for MIS but your work for courier, HR, even go to market for product sale there is no work life. This company suit fir only 10th fail, max to max 12th pass.

Lack of communication in market policies. Senior management not able to take decisions on time. That's why market suffer. Pressure for primary billings.
