... is not up to mark. Teammates are supportive but management quality is very bad. They won't give good salary. Salary hike is very bad and no bonus. Not at all satisfied with the management.

Management is very poor, not at all favourable internal politics is very high.no career growth, no descent Salary.no incentives.etc....

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

I suggest yo all professional person not join the company. There are many politics even you not do your manager personal work like laundry, elections bill pay, etc then manager and HR both are pressurized for resignation. Even you hired for MIS but your work for courier, HR, even go to market for product sale there is no work life. This company suit fir only 10th fail, max to max 12th pass.

1. Favouritism 2. Team politics 3. Outsider employee other than Gujarati & Marathi were not taken care properly 4. No new developments or ideas were appreciating.
