I was able to learn about different mental health issues and how to deal with those issues, practically. Only Theoretical knowledge is not enough, it's needed to apply in practice through your advice to the clients and in general to every person. During MSW, there was a peper on Counseling though, this platform gave me an opportunity to reflect my knowledge in detail.

Salary & Benefits, Promotions or Appraisal and Job Security was not satisfactory.

Colleagues are very much friendly and helpful. I think it is the best place to work in Assam. Appraisal happens every year and is based on performance in the FY.

Salary is a little bit low as compared to the market value

There is a lot of politics and salary is very low i am working with piramal Swasthya for 1 year but no incrimant and career growth is very slow

...on management otherwise in future Piramal swasthya will not get any projects.. From three years didn't get increments in salary.... Only bucket holders will get promotion...

All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. 2. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 3. You need to pay from your pocket for official expenses. 4. Most of internal and external portal, tools are buggy, not working.
