Head office not responding. No salary increment. 12hr shift. No one will appreciate your work. After resign my salary is still pending. Not to suggest any one to work with this company.

The employees were very helpful and good but job security is the major issue because company is not paying salary on time and facing major loss due to end of pandemic.

All Saturdays working and management is not at all proper they get influence very easily by HOD's they don't use their own brains.

My first day at this started on a strange note, the induction conducted by a junior level HR was very confusing, I was excited to join thinking it was a part of the piramal group but later I found out from colleagues there's no connection to the original piramal group. Later I noticed that the HR and some staff and the overall office environment was very unorganized, this made me feel so uneasy that I quit the next day.

Your efforts will be recognized and awarded with time to time. any organization grows the way there employees are growing so in this situation the way I have grown in my career i will definitely give the credit to PNIPL. The Chairman Mr. Samir Chinai is one of the coolest and nicest architect i have ever came across. All the directors are very supportive here.

It was great working in piramal Nexgen . All the bosses were treating me as there family member. So an employee I always treated this company as my own. Work environment and work culture is superb here. I always treat Samir Sir as my guru and guardian angel.
