Company policies are good like health insurance nd all. Salary very less. No money for overtime

Really really bad company for freshers. They will put a lot of work load on you. Seniors literally torture you for no reason. Not so healthy work culture. Even if you do your work properly, your senior will always find ways to insult you. They always want you to do overtime no matter if you are a girl. I'll never recommend this company to anyone.

Work environment and culture is good to work, huge and hygienic cafeteria, gaming arcade, very nice transportation, health insurance,soft skill training all are good but on the other hand salary hike is low. So on an average this company is good for experienced employees, not for beginners in the sense of salary, but if you want to learn then it's preferable.

People's working long 10 to 20 year they are dominant, promotion and increment only for gujrathi people. Company and management people follow Nepotism, Favourism . People's with no proper knowledge. No job security. Hr not listening to other state people they only listen gujrathi

No buisness, no growth, no salary increment, only favouritism, associate directors are toothless tigers play politics all the time rather discuss chemistry discuss mahabhart and ramayan.

There is Fully partiality between Gujrati people and non gujrat people, Fully nepotism and favouritism. Team leads, Group leads and evan HR also not having sence how to treat employees. Non professional work culture. Not following Kizen and ALCOA+ principal. Big issue of data interpretation (Manipulation)
