Started Career with off roll, in 1.5 of joining I have been promoted to On rolls where my work performance got valued, now i am working as Branch Credit Manager since last 2 years.. in a tenure of 4 years at DHFL I have been worked in different locations as per the role requirements and got different locations experience, learning and the working environment is good.. overall DHFL is a Good company to work.. but now I am serving my notice period at DHFL due to better carrer opportunities..

Since I have been promototed to on rolls from off roll the pay which I am getting is low.. I am not satisfied with the package..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ity in dhfl it’s good to me I have work in this organization up line is good . Career growth is high, Salary is little bit low but work satisfaction is high

All the departments are helpful like credit and opertation and working style is also good better than others. Experience was good .

Dislikes

Appraisal is too trribal and not a care for hardworking employees. Salary is also too less for experience employee.

Employee engagement activities are at peak, with all types of festive celebrations at all branches and the salary package is also descent as per the positions.

Dislikes

No work life balance, Overtime working other than closing days also, cross sell targets of multiple products to backend teams as well with the same customer bas as the frontliners. Lot of work pressure at support teams for target achievement with zero tolerance discrepancy in the Operational KRA.
