Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Piramal is a very good company. It takes care of the good of its employees. It provides first & second Saturday Sunday off so that employees get family time. No unnecessary pressure and easy to archive target and attractive insensitive structure.

Working environment. Policy. Flexibility in policy.

Dislikes

Too low salary. No any retention policy. Fresher get more salary than 5-6 year experiences employee. No any promotion after more than target achievement. No any value of Hr. Senior getting conveyance sitting in office and RM and SRM have no conveyance who is struggling in field. Very bad incentive policy. Very low appraisal policy.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

It is not good for off roll emloyees, there are no any good policy for them. There should be all four saturday off in a month. There was only 2nd and 3rd saturday off but as high work load i had yo come on 3 Saturday and 4th sunday. It not good I am very disappointed... About leaves.
