Started Career with off roll, in 1.5 of joining I have been promoted to On rolls where my work performance got valued, now i am working as Branch Credit Manager since last 2 years.. in a tenure of 4 years at DHFL I have been worked in different locations as per the role requirements and got different locations experience, learning and the working environment is good.. overall DHFL is a Good company to work.. but now I am serving my notice period at DHFL due to better carrer opportunities..

Since I have been promototed to on rolls from off roll the pay which I am getting is low.. I am not satisfied with the package..

No Job Security. HR come suddenly and take resign same day and say your BGV is incorrect after 6 months. I'm only eating member of family and this happens to me so I jobless for 5.5 months and it's ruins my life 😑😑😑

Overall goods but salary are very low according to work.

Working time is not good and no any time fix for sales that is relationship manager and sales trainee also.work balance time is not goods overall.

...ate CTC based on college which is highly demotivating for an individual to work. Every day or atleast every month the day salary gets credited it reminds of the unfair pay structure.
