I have learned a lot under VP - HR of ICS Group. HR - Manager of south was also good. They not only allow you to implement your ideas but consider your thoughts and try to mold you in the best version of yourself.

...this, because they have multiple projects just for 6 months (unstable projects). Company will ruin your resume + career + Mental health very well + will not pay you FNF if you will not communicate in written and treat them strictly with your knowledge of labor laws. VP - HR of Pioneer Property Zone joined on 1st August, 2023(within just 3 months of her joining three HRs from her team only have left the company) 😂 and started working as per her convenience, point of view and relations. She is biased for those people who can do her JEEHUZOORI and work like her personal assistant (She has one best personal assistant - HR - Manager - North who is still working under her CHATTRACHHAYA who is equally responsible to through me out from the company) 🤷‍♀️. Being an HR of the company, she doesn't follow the labor laws🙄 and can ask you to resign immediately WITHOUT ANY PROOF (doesn't matter whether you are working well from last 1.5 years but if you will not do her JEEHUZOORI she will ask you to resign) whenever she wants. BUT SHE COULDN"T TERNIMATE ME BECAUSE SHE HAD NO PROOFS AGAINST ME...hehehe POOR HR VP 😂 Pioneer Property Zone will give you FNF only when you will communicate with them in written and with full knowledge of Labor laws or else, I am still getting calls from current employees and ex-employees of this company to ask me that how did I get my FNF because they have been waiting for their FNF since last one year or they want to resign from here but afraid that their FNF will not get settled. Company will deduct LTA and EMPLOYER PF CONTRIBUTION from your CTC but you will get LTA amount after one year from the date they commit. VP - HR of Pioneer Property Zone has joined in August, 2023 and I had completed one year in the same month there with good relationships with senior management and their good feedbacks but when she started torturing me and asking me to resign immediately, I asked every single person of senior management to help me out as I had served my good time period with them, but nobody even called me once to help me....at that time I realized that they are fake people. As a part of senior management if somebody from your company is asking you to help at the time facing VP - HR's unethical behavior it was their duty to solve this problem, but I understood one thing at that moment that this company will just use you through you out of the company without any proof of your fault.

No one will like anything in this company people who are simply sitting they will like everything

Dislikes

Not a good place to work. And will not recognise. People who are all not working they will get huge rewards and recognition. For ex. Executive will work like cow managers will get good rewards for that. CEO of the company need to involve in this and change the culture of work and promotion process.
