I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Salary, Leave ka toh deduction krte hi h, Or leave encashment m bhi leave ka deduction krte h, ( double time deduction). Or HR pr toh bhrosa hi nhi kr skte, Out of India se operate nhi hota. Lkin salary Puri chahiye.

Good environment and radily adopts latest technology.I love to be the part of it. I have to look after mt site and to the office work also. Handle my junior staff. Taking work from them.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is average8-9 hours straught in a day. I have to be in direct contact with client for submitting day to day report of my project.
