... etc. No convenience for employees especially keeping factory location in mind Bad sense of job security, one can be terminated without any prior notice or even without the payout compensation for service termination. Just because they have a Ltd name doesn't mean they are even close to offering what a Ltd group service offers.

Teammates are helping in nature. Here we do the training about the job or work order. Option for career growth is average. Work Environment is good. We also practice some innovation in this company. Work life is satisfactory.

Salary is given to us is average and task of work is difficult as compared to salary.

The most shitiest company I have ever work so far in my life, I am not working anymore there as I left pioneer in 2013. I am in Newzealand now. But overall it was pretty bad culture over there, all are politicians there and mostly relatives of big guns.

Working hours were quite long so means no life after work, salary was not good or never think about growth that’s next level question in that company. Overall no respect for employee..

carrier growth . in this work HR to be profession for the carrier growth chart. Most of the senior person are more than age above 45 years . staff should be young required for company growth

There is no on-job training programs. Managers do not value an individual' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of times. working not systematically, they don't work hierarchy. Growth is very slow. Work pressure is very high, whereas work is less.
