Salary one month late Sick leave is not allowed U have to make 80-90 calls everyday Environment is really bad U r not allowed to talk to any colleague in office They treat employees like their servant They don't give the relieving letter They threaten their employees for salary, they deduct salary for foolish reason. You'll have to work even on Sundays Very controlling environment Don't work here.

Nothing...the company is fake and the founder is manner less and no working environment...complete family run business...average life of an employee is 3-4 months

11 months bond is being signed...Original documents are being taken....non-timely payment of salary

1. I wish I could have a -5 rating as an option here. 2. ADVICE; DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY EVEN IF THEY ARE GIVING A 200% HIKE, I REPEAT DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. 3. 9/10 employee gets termination if they resign. (including me) 4. If you resign your targets will be 2X or 3X, if you don't achieve the targets your FNF will be on hold and if you deny you will be terminated. 5. Company issues more termination letters than relieving letters.

Work environment is not friendly There is a always a bossy behaviour. Shashank is a miserable entity observed there.
