Great learning environment. A good place for a fresher to learn and develop new skills.

Dislikes

Not a place to expect growth and increments. Initial offered packages for freshers is quite low. Top management has double standards when it comes to company policy. Favouritism is observed during annual increments and work performance evaluation. Fake scenarios of loss to company is created so that employees may not expect increments and growth. There is no provision of cafeteria or canteen.
