I have been working here since 2016, in Product management team. The biggest pro in this company is work satisfaction and skill development. They have a well experienced management team and knows how to handle word pressure. Well the over all experience is good

Basically their are no cons but they can really work on company's culture

Great work culture and professional word procedure and well time management quality for team work. All legal procedures are followed for property management taking care of property owners and clients

So strict for financial matter and rent collection date.

the company is largest mfg unit of all packaging material the company id good as per skill and knowledge i learned very good things but there is some problem with salary structure and growth but work life balance is very satisfactory as well as work environment is avg as account executive in pioneer i learned very core things regarding accounting all job mates is very supportive and helpful kind person

The company is basically a small scale industry so you have much so scope to implement new business model .You can do research . There is liberty to work in any department to take a feel of work .

There is no reward system . The monitor benefits are less . There is no proper organization structure.
