Ltd authorized partner of Nelito Systems Ltd and The recruitment agency gave me false details about Job Role and Salary, after joining recruitment agency didn't bother to attend my calls regarding issues I was facing. No Salary appraisal, No Learning, No Career growth, No Job Security, No Training.

FALSE salary promises , No Job Security, No Growth, NO Learning, NO CAREER,GIVEN FALSE JOB DETAILS, EVEN THEIR HR TEAM DIDN'T KNOW THE EXACT WORKING OF COMPANY AND THE JOBS THEY ARE PROVIDING.

Managers are supportive and appreciate your work. Fast paced and learning environment. Every day of work life i have learn new things e.g team management, communication, leadership.

1 Saturday off is not enough, provide atleast 2 saturday off.

Likes

Company give me full freedom to work in PSU culture. HR and others are also very much supportive. Here, I have opportunity to work with Gail(India) limited. The employee of Gail are cooperative and they always provide me a learning environment. This is my best experience in last 7 years of experience.
