Offering very less salary whereas for the same post other companies good salary. No employee centric. Rude behaviour of some HR personnel while talking to new candidates also with their old employees. If employee deployed at client location if there is any issue working there then there is only 2 solutions 1)deal on your own 2) no solution by company side.

This is software training institute. Where students can learn few industry oriented training

Continue deployment at client location and vanishes contract with min time. Very less salary. Owner takes 60% of your package given by client. Creates lots of trouble and issues while leaving company. Very bad behavior of owner.

...to their own Mails.. Not proper learning environment. No proper communication. Salary not on time. Not proper and cleaned washroom. Etc. Overall really terrible company.

Salary credited on time.. in worst condition a delay of mostly 5 day is there..

This company mostly hire employees for another company on Pioneer's payroll.. and once any candidate is placed they don't even contact to that candidate.. if there is any behaviour problem at costumers end only candidate has to deal with that.. these people will only tell to talk to Manager.. BEFORE JOINING AND SIGNING ANY DOCUMENTS PLEASE READ THEM PROPERLY.. This Company has some documents signed with there clients about not to hire employees from Pioneer..

...is a third-party hiring agency, Here a candidate is hired, Taught about working. And placed at some good named company on Pioneer's pay role..

After joining it becomes very difficult for the candidate to resign from there position as they can't get job at most of the companies because of there policies and reach at higher management of the companies.. even after selection in all rounds of interview, candidate do not gets the job because most of the companies cannot hire them as they are Pioneer employee and Pioneer has signed some contract with most of there costumer company..
