If you need experience only you can go but if you want to get knowledge and skills it's not good for that. Incase you don't have any options walk this company and choose production or quality

Dislikes

They will not appoint you as company employee but you can work life long and there is no increment for trainee, experience candidate and fresher candidate are getting same salary there is no value for experience
