They will always trick employees related to timesheet total hrs cut the salary by giving many excuses,also they will never give you earned leaves as they mention in joining letter it will there but there is no use of that they will still cut your salary either deducting a earned leaves they will cut your salary.

The managers don't know anything about recruitment. They deduct salary without any reason. They are running a shop. It is not a company in any sense. They don't have any policies. Never ever try to apply for a job with them.
