...eave the company.The management wants you to work only for two to three months .They make you leave by cheap methods and reason so that you wont ask them salary.Every month an employee will be running away from this company due to the mangement.Those people who are working in this company for more than a year is cause they have bonds.No work life balance,no over time,work time till 11pm,Frauds

Pinnacle Seven Technologies is one of the best place there is lot of place to do an innovative and latest technology. A well-defined organization policies bring a supportive work culture. The management is down to earth and the main aspect is to leverage the individual employees knowledge and skill that would become the strength of the organization growth. In this 2 years I have lot of learnings in various domains and technology through different prjects. As a team inclusing the management team will travel with us in brining the unique solution that help the customer to achieve the business requirements. Training plan is planned for each individual and also to emphasize more every month third saturday is planned for individual and group training activities. Though the employees are aligned with designations, the management door is always open for any one to discuss on the projects, Innovative ideas or career growth. Team building activities and employee engagement program will be conducted by the HR, where each team memeber will be given an opportunity to drive the activities planned. As a whole outcome, Pinnacle Seven is a family where there is lot of space to learn and grow.

A challenging and friendly atmosphere where it brings the satisfaction by taking ownership of our work and an untiring attention is given to every individual's contribution. Our management clearly understand people's skill set and help them grow towards their own interest, and also making them beneficial for company as well.
