There is nothing that I liked about working at this terrible place.

... ever work for. If you want to give up your self respect then join this company. Didn't get salary on time. Worked for long hours almost everyday, not a single could leave early. Management is the worst. High level people treat employees below them as slave. They should understand that an employee works for the company not for them. Very rude managers. I am 100% sure one day they will spoil the reputation of aarti drugs.

...d. Even i have spent aprox 2 year in this company but got very low increment. Even the employe join after me have the same salary that is mine. So i does not get benefit after giving my precious 2 years to this company.

Very bad culture, management favor wrong politics, no safety for women, plant head of general plant is involved in many conduct, QC head is momdun and weird towards ladies,, no HR, HR is under shoes of plant head.if a women complains,actions are taken against her. Female management is with very dirty thinking, complete non compliance of quality. So, overall it is worst situation there.

Overall good experience to be working with pinnacle life science..superior lavel are so supportive. And good working culture . And this is great company for lerners, who start their journey in pharma sector recently.

Only one thing that it does not provide canteen facilities.

Worst company in Baddi. Makes Politics with new employee. Holding money of employees after notice period completion.

1. HR Policy very bad. 2. Owner only listen senior 3. Job not safe 4. Any time employee can be blamed for his drawbacks. 5. Nothing training system
