If you wanted your overall growth it is not a good organization for you, but if you able to be a slave of your seniors & have good oiling skill then you can flourish your future in Pinnacle honda. Worst company ever I worked , the longer you stay there, the more demotivated you become.

Senior's are very supportive and communicative, I started my career from this company they support me very well to grow up and shows future vision.

The Maneger and his plan was very poor, they don't know how to support a employee on their Worst days, like civic time they lay me off and few more employees without any prior notice.

This company has sales Manager now Mr. SURAJIT MONDAL He spoke to me in very bad language about customer booking I have his proof and he is not only with me but also with Pinnacle Honda Asansol Branch. A branch and sales manager doesn't know how to talk to a sales consultant well.
