The owners are good people, hence an employee gets satisfaction working in a good environment.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Overall growth is slow, as the higher management team plays politics and people don't get chance to grow. They don't provide any maternity leaves and hence female employees are forced to resign and they don't even provide any further job assistance after that employee is ready to join back again.
