... work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and also like a family . Company policies are good, they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Likes

The owners are good people, hence an employee gets satisfaction working in a good environment.

Dislikes

Overall growth is slow, as the higher management team plays politics and people don't get chance to grow. They don't provide any maternity leaves and hence female employees are forced to resign and they don't even provide any further job assistance after that employee is ready to join back again.
