All Official member of PinkBlue are really friendly, free and good to work with. They treat you equally and make you feel comfortable to work. No dress code is the coolest thing. Events happen every month which will give you some good memories to take back. Overall working ambience and experience were good.

Dislikes

Salary won't be coming on time is the major issue. There will not be any commute facility, so you will have to take care of your own transportation, irrespective of wherever you stay. You can't expect being at home by evening, coz you might have to leave office post 8pm mostly everyday. Having said that, please forget your personal life and plans. Also, forget about your Sat Night, weekend plans, trips, hometown visits, etc., as you will have office on Saturdays (Sometimes half-a-day, depending upon the workload). So, there is no work-life balance for sure. And, once you become an Ex-employee of the company, you will have to wait for your pending settlements (if any) with no clue about the timeline. Be prepared for that.

They give a required amount of time to be trained and even let us to learn more in other departments as well if we want to.

There is no growth even after 1 year of working. No promotions in Content Development department. No job security.

No proper management , no growth no yearly increment unless the employee has to remind and go behind the management for any sort of increment, Job security is nil . Every month there are employees quitting and it's all new faces in the office on regular basis .

Lot of independence in terms of decision making,being a startup learning curve is great,most colleagues are helpful.

Dislikes

salary is very less compared to the workload,no work-life balance,6 days working that too 12-14 hours every day.
