No process. Team leads are highly unprofessional. Company does a lot of micro management. Employees do over time without getting paid for the extra hours.

Individual will be really trained and will exposed to a greater extent in learning and maintaining technical aspects. Friendly environment among your colleagues makes it more fun to work. Once you are into management eyes, u can expect some decent hikes.
