Pathetic working environment and work culture. Old folks will not give you any information about the project and products.Since they never documented anything ,so you hardly get any information. They have their nexus ,which doesn't permit newcomers. No meeting atiquttes ,No one joins any meeting untill you will call them personally. Timelines/deadlines are joke here,they gave without any information about works/tasks.So that never meet. Think twice before joining this company. I left this company before completion of my probation there. This is pure lala company,no policy ,no work only politics.

An extreme level honest review only for sales people 1 salary on time 2 incentive & other benefits are mouth watering you will have a ambani month if u achieve your target 3 cources are available on crm tool if in case u miss or do not understand in training u have a self chance to go through the product just like u prepare in ur exams 4 travel allowance is also punctual if you update it properly on darwin box

1 dont ever be depended on company leads be a one man army in market then only u can survive 2 you must create your huge set of pipeline then only u can survive in sales role dont be depended upon 4 or 5 customers they can backout any time 3 they dont provide laptop only tab which becomes difficult to maintain data as most of the sales employee are habitual to laptop to maintain accurate data Monday to Saturday working hours Sunday fix off If you dont achieve your target even in last month sunday you have to work Just coz of salary & incentive part i am rating 5 I would have loved to work here but unfortunately got fired coz targets didn't achieve

Office is in good location. And salary is also good. It credits timely every time.

Dislikes

Before joining here, I thought overall its good. But too much work pressure. There is no job security. All tasks are P0 here. You will not have any worklife balance. No such appreciations as well. Seniors will mock you if you miss any single thing.

Pine labs is good organization but some super intelligent guys from management they are playing with employee. And I had worked but found only negative responding from management

... he hired be only for 6 months due to maternity leave replacement of 1 employee. Yearly bonus and increment not given by him.

...ure is very good, specially for any fresher looking for little bit job security. Salary on time. No office time rigidity, as they focused on job done more.

Company's vision is still on old track. less innovation according to the market.
