An extreme level honest review only for sales people 1 salary on time 2 incentive & other benefits are mouth watering you will have a ambani month if u achieve your target 3 cources are available on crm tool if in case u miss or do not understand in training u have a self chance to go through the product just like u prepare in ur exams 4 travel allowance is also punctual if you update it properly on darwin box

1 dont ever be depended on company leads be a one man army in market then only u can survive 2 you must create your huge set of pipeline then only u can survive in sales role dont be depended upon 4 or 5 customers they can backout any time 3 they dont provide laptop only tab which becomes difficult to maintain data as most of the sales employee are habitual to laptop to maintain accurate data Monday to Saturday working hours Sunday fix off If you dont achieve your target even in last month sunday you have to work Just coz of salary & incentive part i am rating 5 I would have loved to work here but unfortunately got fired coz targets didn't achieve

Dislike- Management, Culture, Job Security. Only 6 days working 9:30 to 6:30 but it is only in your offer letter they will treat you like slave and tell you to work all week and sometime 9:30 a.m to 9:00 p.m.

Initially to get work done they hire you on a good package. Later during appraisal they don't give hike stating no budget, company is at loss etc. Main thing works in Pinelabs is licking your bosses A**. If you are good at it you get what you want If you raise your voice or concern you are out of the game

No value for employee. They take employee at 0 value Selfish motive. Once you prove your worth they don't recognise you.

Not satisfied with job role and work culture. Managers thinks themselves king. Only you will work in the ground. Managers will sit and relax most of the time. Hardly they know anything about the competitor's. Very soon they will vanish from the market.

If you are getting salary on time , convence on time ,hugh incentive on time. Increment time to time. Good working culture. Then why should i switch job . I m happy in pine labs. And successful completed 6 years.
