...out company, I joined the company when it's startup.. But now wrost.. No growth. But getting salary on time.

Dislikes

No growth, not like old company, growth and less salary Hike.Just Targetted me. I'm fully Not satisfied with Operation team and one to one, HR also not supportive. HR operation asked me to Leave within 2 days (Pandemic situation). I'm worked more than 13 years(contact+Employee). All reporting manager, senior manager not my support. Willingly given me a PIP, without PIP form signed(some company giving PIP Signed form) HR operations called me and asked to resign immediately else I will terminate, I don't know what do next in these covid situation and just resigned, no value for work nearly 10 years company employee I'm still searching job in toughest situation.

Talented people are here, If they are supportive you can learn very good from them. If you want to learn C/C++ then surely it is a good place.

Dislikes

...g with employee by shifting it into one team to another in short period of time. Worst part is there is no appraisal and the variable part(bonus) depends on your management not on your performance. Also workforce is less so you have to put extra effort to prove yourself even after office hours.

An extreme level honest review only for sales people 1 salary on time 2 incentive & other benefits are mouth watering you will have a ambani month if u achieve your target 3 cources are available on crm tool if in case u miss or do not understand in training u have a self chance to go through the product just like u prepare in ur exams 4 travel allowance is also punctual if you update it properly on darwin box

1 dont ever be depended on company leads be a one man army in market then only u can survive 2 you must create your huge set of pipeline then only u can survive in sales role dont be depended upon 4 or 5 customers they can backout any time 3 they dont provide laptop only tab which becomes difficult to maintain data as most of the sales employee are habitual to laptop to maintain accurate data Monday to Saturday working hours Sunday fix off If you dont achieve your target even in last month sunday you have to work Just coz of salary & incentive part i am rating 5 I would have loved to work here but unfortunately got fired coz targets didn't achieve

...ple are who doing bettering with seniors will get promotions and appresals only. No job security, suddenly they can ask to leave the job at the time of yearly bonus and appresals.

Office is in good location. And salary is also good. It credits timely every time.

Dislikes

Before joining here, I thought overall its good. But too much work pressure. There is no job security. All tasks are P0 here. You will not have any worklife balance. No such appreciations as well. Seniors will mock you if you miss any single thing.
