compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

All is politics... The best 1 employee can have Can decrease salary any time I gave more imp to my job meeting. Then my mother dying in icu. Though she is ok 24 hrs I did not sleep n whole day n night I was buy . N attended a meeting . On operation day to in icu ..my father told give imp to job . So I went..N my father 78 age was all alone .in hospital N I was in meeting .. Soooo much imp I gave .TO COMPANY I payed in G20 FOR ALL MY TRAVELLING FROM MY POCKET . EXCEPT 1 TIME THOUGH COMPANY SHOULD PAY FOR TRAVELLING. PLSSS DONT JOIN THEM with 🙏🙏 hands ... They only miss use u n ur quality of experience 😒😔😔😥😢😢😢 I felt heart breaking... tht I was not present in hospital for my mother bcz for me my job was a mother .. Shame on pind balluchi

It's good job in Pind Balluchi Noida sector 63. I learnt different different types of platforms here.

When we are providing services to guests, then why guests denie to pay the service charge. Is it easy to do job of server. How hard work do by server. Not know anybody. Not took good decision by court. If court want to remove service charge then, why is not removing service charge by other industries.

There is Mr VR anirudha he is one of the biggest liar in company , he like people who buttering his feet , any professional not feel comfortable with that bleddy guy and he never pay you the salary when u serve resign with long notice period , he is bleddy swine person , rest Mr JS Chadha is good , HR head Tusharika is also not good

Pind Balluchi has good food quality and interesting interior. I joined as a cashier and learnt more.company's owner Mr. Sanjay karnwal has strict behave to their staff who always care about working skill and their effort . I learnt many things that was much helpful.
