Working in the accounts deptt. here is like being trapped in jail. U are constantly monitored by CCTV cameras. The moment you step away from your desk for even a brief break, u are immediately called out, creating a boiling atmosphere. The work environment is chaotic, with no clear system or structure in place to guide u. There is no inhouse CA. Most of the taxation and accounting work done through outsourcing. U will even to deal with a lot of "Kaccha" tasks. If u are considering joining the accounting division, think THRICE. The lack of support, clarity and proper workflow creates a frustrating and soul draining experience. It's work place that feels more like a nightmare than a career opportunity or work place which is 2nd home. Proceed with caution if u value your mental well- being and career growth.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
