As per govt laws an employee should be permanently absorbed after working for a certain time period but that clause at times is implemented and at times not . There is no clarity on that .

An organization characterized by abuse, arrogance and unethical behaviors. You have an absolute clown who keeps dancing and controlling everyone. He compels employees to work even on Sundays and subject them to most disrespectful and distasteful treatment resembling servitude. Be prepared to encounter derogatory languages which is disrespectful to your family as well. If you happen to join, it may disrupt your piece of mind and take away your health. Only those who are willing to compromise their self respect and family values can sustain there.
