This is the company where a employee finish his/her career.. Pinclick plays with a employee career.. They spoil our career where some people start there career after doing MBA.. Like me.. After completed mba i have got opportunity to work with pinclick and my career is Dessaster..

...Management.. They don't know how to manage.. And they are called them Manager 2.They don't give salary.. 3.Fake HR.. Hr is telling lie.. Then after joining the employees know they have got placement in wrong company where hr also fake 4. Never give proper salary which they are telling during interview.. 5

Seniors are supportive and team members are also good. Your image in company is totally depend on your work.

Salary is low as compare to the work we do. Incentive start after 6 months which is also demotivating.

My friend instead of working in this company is better to sit at home. They will remove you before your salary date without any reason so that they dont have to pay you money. Same happenns with me i cried a lot i dont want who is reading my review he had to suffer. They also dont pay you in starting 15 days and can fired you any time with no reason. Also work environment is not good. They had not paid me for 50 days. We all are dependent on salary but they are cheating us. I wont recommend to anyone to work here.

...day, Sometimes we also have to work on Sunday. No appreciation. No team outings. During the interview, They mentioned that my salary would be increased to 40k after 6 months, but I've been receiving the same pay for the last 10 months. I'm sure that even if they conduct an appraisal in October, my salary won't be raised to 40k. No Certifications. The company is offering outings to the sales team, neglecting other departments. They seem to think that only the sales team keeps the company running, but every department plays a crucial role in the company's success.

I have been working in Pinclick more than 1 year. It's a really great journey. I have been grown multi-Fold both professionally and personally here. Company's work basics built on the basics of team work and respect. In one word i would say that Pinclick is the place where you can learn a deep knowledge of real estate and place you grow.

...k) 3.Cab arrangment ( Need a cab Arrangment or reimbursement for few clients) 4.Medical insurance ( Instead of paying it on salary deduct it and please add a medical insurance separately) 5.Basic office equipments( Need a proper chair, Marker, extension box and clean bords )
