This is father-son running business. The bad thing is they don't know the corporate culture and treat their employees like a slave. Will shout on u without a reason. They are Pvt Ltd firm but they don't offer any kind of employment benefit like PF ESIC and even paid leaves. Its like working as a labour. The worst thing is they don't inform these things at the time of interview. You will get to know this from their employees once u will join them. They don't know the corporate culture and their behavior is pathetic. I just leave out this org within 5month. I would like to give negative ⭐ to them.
