A good company to start your career as a fresher. They keep their promise of salary increments. Food facilities are also provided.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The seniors in the Process Department are extremely toxic. They hardly do any work themselves but assign all tasks, like typing, to freshers and take full credit for it. If there are no projects, management transfers employees to other departments like Sales or Accounts without giving them a choice. There is Process calculation followed here. Moreover, the focus is mostly on formatting rather than the actual data in the project.
